OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

PRIVACY:
The names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers of our contestants will not be given or sold to any third party. We do not use or disclose your personal information for any purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required by law.

HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase or obligation necessary. You may enter by completing the contest form on the web site: www.fishrainbowwaters.com. Entrants must provide the following information: full legal name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, and postal/zip code. Limit one entry per person and e-mail address. Multiple entries by the same person are not permitted and will be deleted from the list. Commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Rainbow Waters Fly Fishing Adventures and will not be returned.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
The contest is open to everyone who is over the age of 18 as of March 20th, 2003. In countries, provinces or states where contests are not permitted potential entrants are not eligible to take part in this contest. The contest begins at 12:01am PST on March 20th, 2003 and ends at 11:59pm PST October 1st, 2003. All applicable federal, provincial/state, and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Void where taxed, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law.

HOW WE SELECT A WINNER:
All valid entries received between 12:01am PST on March 20th, 2003 to 11:59pm PST on October 1st, 2003 are eligible to win the prize. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Monday, October 6th, 2003. The winner will be contacted by both e-mail and telephone.

CONTEST PRIZE:
The winner will receive a 4 days and 5 nights, fully guided fly fishing package for two on the date of his/her choice in 2004. Included in this package is the following:
· cozy guest room (2 double beds, private 4 piece bath, lake view)
· All meals - al a Carte breakfasts, hearty packed lunches, gourmet dinners (your choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts)
· Snacks and soft drinks; bottled wine with dinner
· 4 days fully guided fishing
· Fishing licenses, flies, guide, boat, motor and gas
· Professional fly-fishing and casting instruction
· Pick up from and to Williams Lake Airport
· 7% GST and 8% Hotel Tax included
· Value $5455 ($3725 US)

NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CONTEST PACKAGE:
· Any and all expenses incidental to the contest prize is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest
· Transportation from the contest winner's home to William's Lake and from William's Lake to the contest winner's home
· Fly outs, personal equipment, alcohol and gratuities
· Merchandise, or souvenirs
· more days can be added to your winning contest package at $575 CDN / $393 USD person/day. Fly outs -- add on $385 CDN ($263 USD) per person (2 minimum).
· Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Add 25% for single occupancy.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
The contest prize of the above fly fishing trip is subject to availability and the 2004 booking date must be fulfilled by 10/6/2004. If the winner is unable to travel by the date indicated, the contest prize will be forfeited. The winner is urged to book his/her fishing date as soon as possible after being notified of his/her contest win on October 6th, 2003. This is to ensure a prime space being available for the 2004 season.

No substitutions, refunds, or credit charges are allowed, and no cash will be provided in lieu of the contest listed above. The contest prize, reservations, and incidentals are nonrefundable for cash, nontransferable, and non-changeable once issued.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, using reasonable efforts, or if the potential winner has not or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternative winner may be randomly chosen.

The contest prize winner and his/her guest will give Rainbow Waters Fly Fishing Adventures the right to use their names, voices, photos, and likeness in advertising and publicity without further compensation. The winner's name will be posted on the web site, www.fishrainbowwaters.com after he/she has been contacted by Rainbow Waters Fly Fishing Adventures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
All entrants agree to release Rainbow Waters Fly Fishing Adventures and their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, advertising and marketing agents and any other coordinating agencies involved in the contest from all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in the contest or for damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the contest prize or while preparing, participating and/or traveling to and from any contest prize related activity.
